For the 2001 Edition of the Australian Swimsuit Calendar we decided to produce a showcase not only for the hottest bikini models in this sunburnt country, but one that also would reflect many of the internationally known Aussie icons as well. A lifesaver guarding one of the unspoilt beaches this country is so famous for, boiling Billy Tea down by the Billabong, working up a sweat in the sugar cane fields, catching a wave on the surfboard and hitting the open road in the classic Holden Ute complete with the compulsory dog on the back tray.
